La Maugerie is a 300 years old Normandy farmhouse which we have refurbished to a very high standard whilst retaining many of the original features.
The guests diningroom has a huge granite fireplace with woodburning stove , keeping you warm during the cooler evenings. From here the original oak staircase leads you to your room, whilst having plenty of character, also has the modern comforts you would wish for.

Sitting on the edge of a small peaceful village with shop / bar / tabac, "La Maugerie" has been lovingly and sympathetically restored by its present owners, with plenty of character but also modern features to make your stay with us enjoyable. We have two south facing ensuite bedrooms with glorious views across the Vire valley.
